Soul Food Devotionals Soul Food is a free community event held on the last Sunday of the month. It provides an opportunity to relax and reflect on inspiring themes. It features live musical performances, audio-visual pieces and readings from various faiths and philosophers, authors, leaders and indigenous cultures, from all over the world.  It’s a space where people of all faiths, beliefs and backgrounds can come together to reflect and celebrate our diversity, and be reminded of the common threads that tie humanity together.

Soul Food is a gathering of human souls that provides an opportunity to unite in a tranquil environment and reflect on inspiring themes and common threads that tie us all together. It features live music, audio visual pieces and readings from all walks of life: various faiths, philosophers, authors, leaders and indigenous cultures. The purpose of Soul Food is to inspire us to transform our lives, our neighbourhoods and communities with thoughts and actions that promote unity through diversity within our society Access to Meeting Room 2 is via the lift, behind the escalators.

Be part of an informal gathering in a tranquil and friendly environment, where we reflect together on inspiring, spiritual and philosophical themes.  In this meditative space, we read and openly discuss ideas from globally diverse faiths, philosophers, authors, leaders of thought and first-nation peoples.
