Bahá’í Perspectives and Discussion

–  You are warmly invited to a ‘fireside’ gathering in a open format, where we discuss important spiritual and social realities from a Bahá’í perspective. The evening begins with a pot-luck dinner.

Each month, we look at an issue that concerns the society we live in and consult together on practical spiritual approaches to address them. This consists of a short presentation, followed by discussion… and tea!

If you want to understand what Bahá’ís believe and how those beliefs apply to our everyday lives, please come along.

Here are some of the subjects we’ll cover this year:

Progressive revelation  •  Work as worship  •  How to live a full and spiritual life  •  The life of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá  •  True gender equality  •   Environmental stewardship  •   Everyday challenges of the spirit  •   A spiritual solution to economics  •   Coping effectively with other’s thoughtless behaviour

THIS MONTH we are discussing “The mystery of life after death” with discussion led by Ladan and William.

Please RSVP, so we can direct you to the address. Thank you.
