The Bahá’í s of Queensland are actively engaged in neighbourhood community development activities that are open to all regardless of faith, age or background.

Education of children and youth is very important to our community, which is why we have prioritised a growing number of programs for children’s classes in State Schools and neighbourhoods, as well as spiritual empowerment programs for junior youth aged 11-14.

For youth we run programs which encourage them to make a contribution to the advancement of society. Another priority is a number of gatherings that strengthen the devotional life of the community, and study circles on a variety of spiritual themes.

We run these activities at various locations throughout Queensland, however all the necessary administration of the Bahá’í Community of Brisbane is managed by the Spiritual Assembly of Bahá’ís of Brisbane based at the Bahá’í Centre of Learning (BCL) Building.

The Brisbane Bahá’í Centre of Learning (BCL) is available for community meetings and activities for the Bahá’ís of Brisbane and members of the public. It is conveniently located in the beautiful suburb of Milton, only 3km away from the city centre.

This facility has a number of rooms available for hire to host various spiritual and empowerment programs. These rooms may be booked online through this website. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of hire before booking.

Facilities are available at no cost to Bahá’i institutions for spiritual and empowerment programs. The fees shown apply to events such as meetings, meditations, memorials and other educational activities organised by individuals.
